Procesamiento de Órdenes
Todos los pedidos son personalizados y se procesan dentro de un perĂodo estimado de 3 a 10 dĂas laborables, excluyendo fines de semana y dĂas feriados. Este perĂodo puede extenderse durante temporadas de alta demanda.
El tiempo de procesamiento es independiente del tiempo de envĂo.
MĂ©todos y Responsabilidad de EnvĂo
Los pedidos se envĂan mediante USPS u otros transportistas seleccionados por MALIAS BY ILO. Una vez el paquete es entregado al proveedor postal, la responsabilidad de entrega recae exclusivamente en dicho proveedor.
MALIAS BY ILO no se hace responsable por:

Retrasos del servicio postal

Pérdidas ocasionadas por el transportista

Paquetes marcados como “Delivered”

Errores en direcciones proporcionadas por el cliente
En caso de devoluciĂłn por direcciĂłn incorrecta o incompleta, el cliente deberá asumir el costo total del reenvĂo.

Order Processing Time
All products are made to order and personalized. Orders are processed within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high order volume periods.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or other selected carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MALIAS BY ILO is no longer responsible for delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages

Packages marked as “Delivered”

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the full reshipping cost.
